VOUCHER PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking is essential and your voucher code must be quoted at the time of booking.
The original voucher must be presented on arrival (no photocopies or screenshots will be accepted). An alternative payment method will be required if you do not pre-book or present the original voucher.
An experience voucher can be redeemed once only. No change will be given. The full value must be used in one visit.
Monetary vouchers can be partially redeemed; no change will be given; however, the remaining credit can be used on a further visit providing the voucher is still within the validity date.
All Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for other products. It cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be applied to existing bookings.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient to ensure that the unique voucher code is not disclosed to others.

The specified validity date cannot be extended, and all services are subject to availability, so please book in advance.
Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Please check valid dates carefully before purchasing.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Bearslake Inn payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
